Founded in 1958, the Junior League of Northern Virginia (JLNV) is a nonprofit organization with a membership dedicated to improving the community while developing the potential of women. For over six decades, JLNV has contributed tens of thousands of service hours, provided thousands of hours in leadership training, and granted millions of dollars in financial support to local nonprofits.

To continue this legacy the JLNV has formulated a 2025-2028 Strategic Plan and the 2025-2026 Annual Plan to guide their programs and activities.
