Sustainer Members
Lifelong Members. Lifelong Impact.

Our Sustainers are the heart of the Junior League of Northern Virginia’s legacy. These accomplished women have completed their active service and remain vital to our mission—providing guidance, continuity, and lasting connection to the League and the communities we serve.
Whether they’re mentoring new members, attending League events, or supporting philanthropic initiatives, Sustainers exemplify the lifelong commitment to voluntarism, leadership, and friendship that defines JLNV.
Who Are JLNV Sustainers?
Sustainers are former Active members who have fulfilled the League’s active membership requirements and transitioned into a new phase of engagement. They continue to participate at their own pace, with the flexibility to choose how and when to stay involved.
Sustainers bring a wealth of experience, community knowledge, and professional expertise that enrich our League and inspire the next generation of leaders.
Ways to Stay Involved
As a Sustainer, you’re invited to:

Whether you want to stay deeply involved or engage occasionally, there’s a space for you in JLNV.
