Junior League of Northern Virginia Accepting Applications for 2022-2023 Community Grants Program
MCLEAN, VA (October 7, 2021) – The Junior League of Northern Virginia (JLNV) announces that it is now accepting applications from Northern Virginia-based community organizations as part of its Community Grants Program. The application process is open through December 3, 2021.
The JLNV invites interested organizations to submit a grant application that highlights an innovative program or project that support JLNV’s focus areas helping address childhood obesity through nutrition education, physical activity, and access to healthy food options. Applicants will need to outline how allotted funds will be used and how JLNV’s volunteers will support their efforts.
An upcoming information session will be held on Friday, October 15 at 12:30 p.m. where interested organizations can learn more about applying for a JLNV community grant for the 2021-2022 term. Interested organizations can RSVP at: https://www.jlnv.org/community-grants-virtual-zoom/.
