JLNV Recognizes 2019 Woman of Vision, Award Winners at Celebration of Service
At its annual Celebration of Service the Junior League of Northern Virginia (JLNV) recognized Pam Hess, Executive Director of Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture as the JLNV’s 2019 Woman of Vision. During the program the League also recognized the following award winners.
Corporate Partner Award Winner: Lily Pulitzer, Alexandria
The JLNV Corporate Partner award is given to a business that has generously supported the JLNV’s mission and community programs over the past year through dedicated volunteer efforts, contributions or program support.
Sally Harwood Hardy Award Winner: Katherine Werther
This award is given to an Active member who has been a member for at least four years, served on at least two Councils, consistently performs above requirements, demonstrates excellence in her volunteer work and shows a selfless dedication and loyalty to the JLNV.
Mary Harriman Award Winner: Frances Lewis
This award is given to a Sustainer of four years who represents the very best qualities of a JLNV members and who inspires future generations.
Victoria Z. Greve Award Winner: Emily Wyant
This award is given to an Active member who has consistently and selflessly supported the work of the JLNV.
Beacon Award Winner: Becca Ginns
This award is given to a New Member who has consistently performed above the average requirements. She demonstrates an excellence in her volunteer work and shows a selfless dedication and loyalty to the JLNV.
