Join us for a 45-minute barre class at Studio Barre Alexandria!

After class, join us for a Sip & Shop at the Studio Barre boutique. 20 percent of the sales from Studio Barre will be donated to the JLNV. The boutique has workout clothing, hair accessories, handbags/purses, jewelry, chocolates, candles, and more (items from brands like: Tavi Active, Beyond Yoga, Sol and Selene, Teleties, Dmarin, Ginger June candles, Nourish and Refine candles, and Miss Maude’s Chocolates)

Studio Barre uses small, isolated movements to create long, lean muscles while incorporating cardio and stretching to lift and tone your entire body. All equipment will be provided. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. No experience required! Instructors can also provide modifications for injuries/areas of concern.
