Since 1958, the Junior League of Northern Virginia has empowered women to become a driving force for change in our community. Through volunteer action, collaboration, and relationship building, we develop leaders who make a meaningful impact throughout Northern Virginia and beyond.

Developing Leaders, Strengthening Communities

Leadership development has always been at the heart of the Junior League experience. Whether you are stepping into your first committee role, serving on the board, or helping out another member, every opportunity within JLNV is a chance to build confidence, friendships, and our community. 

This year, we will intentionally invest in leadership growth by creating meaningful moments for members to learn, stretch, and discover new strengths. Together, we will cultivate leaders who are prepared to make an impact within the League, in their professions, and throughout the Northern Virginia region.

Strong relationships create strong organizations. We will focus on fostering authentic connections across every stage of membership. By creating spaces where women can build friendships, share experiences, and support one another, we strengthen the foundation of our League and our member experience.
