The Junior League of Northern Virginia’s 5th Annual Galentine’s Purse Bingo took place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington—and it was another incredible success!

This signature event, our largest of the year, continues to bring women from across the region together for a lively afternoon of friendship, fun, and fabulous prizes. With 180 guests in attendance—our largest crowd yet—tickets sold out quickly once again, making this year’s celebration one to remember.

Galentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to celebrate friendship and the joy of connecting with the women in your life, and our Purse Bingo event offers a lively and memorable way to do just that. We hope you’ll join us for a morning of fun, friendship, and fabulous prizes!

Since 2021, JLNV has been bringing women from across the region together to have fun, win prizes, and enjoy meaningful connection—all while supporting our mission. Our inaugural Purse Bingo began as a virtual event during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, we transitioned to an in-person event at the Mount Vernon Inn and sold out our 60-person space. Building on that momentum, we expanded to a larger room at Mount Vernon in 2023 and once again welcomed a full house, with special guest Miss Commonwealth 2023, Alexia Williams, calling our bingo rounds. For our 4th Annual Purse Bingo in 2024, we elevated the experience by moving to the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, where Miss Commonwealth Savanna Holland hosted an exciting morning of bingo for an audience of 145 guests!

The tradition continued in 2026 with our largest event yet, bringing together 180 attendees for a memorable Galentine’s celebration.

Event proceeds will play a vital role in sustaining our work with:

• Maintaining seven period pantries serving women across Northern Virginia
• Volunteering over 1,000 hours annually to local causes
• Supporting local organizations like ALIVE!, BRAWS, Girls on the Run NOVA, Lorton Community Action Center, and Neighborhood Health
